Login to HPBGO.
From the dashboard, scroll through the top yellow icons and click on “Documents.”
On the enrollment screen, follow the onscreen instructions and when ready, click on “I Agree.”

Set the Filter Options for accounts, document type, and date range.

Yes, to receive paper statements, please contact us.
What happened to the Account Documents → Advanced Settings button?
This link is no longer there. However, the document portal that this went to is now available on the HPBGO Dashboard via the Documents button, or through Accounts -> Documents.
Is there a fee for electronic documents?
