Limited Liability Company (LLC):

  • Articles of Organization
  • Operating Agreement 
  • Certificate of Good Standing 

Corporation:

  • EIN / TIN of Corporation
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Bylaws
  • Certificate of Good Standing  

Non-Profit Organization:

  • EIN / TIN of Organization
  • If incorporated, Corporation guidelines apply
  • If tax-exempt, IRS documentation or tax return
