Amanda Salee

Amanda was born in Illinois into the military life. Her family moved all over the states and lived in Germany for four years before moving to Colorado. Her background includes working for the Jefferson County Public Schools, Colorado Laboratory Services, and as a mechanical insulator.
Janelle Kountz

Janelle was born and raised in Flagler, Colorado and attended college at the University of Northern Colorado. After living and working in Oklahoma, she and her husband relocated back to Flagler to raise their children. She is an avid learner and is always working to improve our customer’s experience. Janelle is active in the community and enjoys playing basketball, golf, and spending time with family.

Amy worked in the healthcare industry before starting at High Plains Bank. In her role as part of the Processing team, she helps customers solve common banking issues; resolving fraud, debit card issues, approving wires and more. She loves the family feel of the bank and the close knit lifestyle the Flagler community offers.

Mikenna is a Colorado native, born and raised in Burlington, Colorado. She attended Northwest Kansas Technical College and after graduation, she began her banking career at Frontier Bank in Burlington from 2019-2022 as a teller, before joining the High Plains Bank Processing Team. When not at work, Mikenna enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending concerts, and outside activities.
